Health Card international is a plastic card similar in size to a credit card. It contains important and vital medical and pharmaceutical information about the patient carrying it, like:The patients important medical warnings e.g. High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Iodine sensitivity etc.
The project included developing a full solution to the client. a stand alone java application with a database used by the pharmacy to track clients data andproduce cards, a web site in which pharmacy can buy licenses to print cards and a server side mechanism to create a unique license per pharmacy and card quantity order.

current health log books in the world.
2.The HealthCard enables the patient to access additional ways of preserving his/her health and to efficiently complete each medical file, whether on paper or electronic support.

8.You can produce the HealthCard in a pharmacy. The patient’s data are receiving the same protection as other data, in keeping with the Privacy Law.

10.You can obtain a consultation with your pharmacist after filling the forms and before receiving your card. The cost of the HealthCard includes that professional consultation.

13.For large orders, such as those justified by public establishments, a subcontractor will be in charge of the HealthCards production.
